geil pc3200 ram not working!!

i cnat get this ram to work on the shuttle an35n ultra. i tried relaxing the timings and it still wont work. my crucial 256 pc2100 works perfectly. any suggestions on how to make it work? its a stick of geil pc3200 ultra 256 mb ram.

try booting into bios with the 2100 and setting vdimm to 2.7
