What do you mean by ATI though if it's not built by ATI?

If another company other than ATI makes a 9800 then its considered Powered by ATI and not built by ATI because they use ATI chipset to build it.

I've heard that the Sapphire and the FIC versions oc very well. More so than the ATi version... Both versions are a little cheaper than Ati's version too.
