Ok I pushed ctrl/F1 to get more settings in bios and got this

CAS Latency Setting= Auto. When auto off i get these options.

DRAM RAS active Time= 6T
DRAM RAS Precharge Time=3T
DRAM RAS to CAS Delay=3T

Im running at 343Mgz In Ram, Should i drop it lower?

What should i set those options above to? Any help would be awesome.

Set them to whatever works best. There is no way to say from here, I don't have your exact components to test with. There is no shortcut to optimization, you have to trial and error it. The exact results may be different for even two examples of the same component combination.

Iarva,

The thing being new to memory timeings is the meaning to the 6T, 3T, 3T Numbers. Could you tell me what they mean?

Thanks for the reply.

i only know the CAS latency....

it is usually 3 or 2, or sometimes 2.5..... and this is the time it takes before the ram can be accessed again (afaik) so, lower = better, but see if ur ram supports it first! :p

the others........ im wondering the same thing
