I am interested in getting a 1333 T-Bird and I see that Atacom.com has the AXIA unclocked with a blue copper core. Is this any better for o/cing than a regular 1333 AXIA?
i dont think it really matters today it just signifies where it was made from different places

Everything over 1 gig should be a blue dye / copper core from Dresden, or so I heard awhile ago. I doubt things have changed.

As far as what AMD has released, the statement that all of the 1GHZ+ processors are products of the Dresden, Germany Fab(Fab 30). This may change as the next generation Duron reaches default speeds of 1ghz.
I haven't seen a die with a blue final polish in a while now. Most of the product that I've seen has a polish somewhere in the red spectrum..almost a maroon.
If you buy a 1.33Ghz T-bird, you are almost assured of getting a premium code, as most if not all of the product is of recent manufacture.

They want $228 delivered for the Blue Copper core AXIA unlocked. Does that sound about right?
