NF7-M weird

I have NF7-S and NF7-M boards, using Kingston in both. While at HyperX they are both comparable (going over 400 MHz) if I use ValueRam 2x512 in dual channel I get over 400 MHz in NF7-S but only about 368 MHz on NF7-M, both on 2.8V, before MemTest86 starts to error.
I wonder if anybody has similar experience.

IGP slow down fsb. I think. My nf7-m run at 380.

Maybe there are some settings that are different, or maybe the BIOSes are different.
