Need Advice on 2600 xp and rig

here is the rig amd xp 2600 333,TT7 cooler, Soltec 75mrn-L bios 1.3, ocz 3200 performance series ram 1 stick 512 , hd is WD 80 gb 7200 rpm ata100, ati radeon 9000 pro this is my bros rig and he is getting 12.5x multi X 190 fsb =2375 at stock volts 1.7 i think, can he expect any better than this by going up on the vcore

yes if you increase the vcore and raise the fsb you can get better performance.

What can he expect out of it?

Tbred B chips like yours usually max out at 2.4GHz on air.
