Duron and T-Bird Codes

Can anyone tell me how I can look at codes on Durons and T-Birds to determine they're week #? I keep reading about week 15 and week 19 but I can't figure out how to tell what week is what.

It's written on the core. The current tbirds (and durons?) have a four letter code and 4 numbers, all in a row. The 2 1st numbers are the year and the 2 latter ones are the week.
I've seen five letter codes too, in pictures of 1.4g tbirds and Athlon4. AYHJA, I think it was.
