New rig parts?

I've decided on a 1700 or 1800+, NF7-S r2, 2xCorsair XMS PC2700 512mb, Radeon 9500-9700 softmod but I still need help in a few things.

What kind of cooling setup should I use that'll still be quiet? I want the system to be as quiet as possible without sacrificing the overclockability. I'm speaking about case, HSF, fans, and PSU. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Oh, and will I need a sound card with the NF7-S?

no corsair....a better deal, you can get 2x512mb modules of buffalo PC3200 with the winbond chips. the nF2 setup loves it. id go with a thermalright SLK-800 U or A, TT smartfan 2, antec true power 430W, and a nice chieftech full tower. the nVidia soundstorm is pretty good. it sounds somewhere between SB live and SB audigy.
