Possibly shorted out PSU...Help

I had a wire come off a light and hit the other causing the comp to reboot. Now I get the PSU problem beep fro mthe motherboard. Its an Antec 550w, the computer powers up but just sits there and beeps. Does the PSU reset after a while or what? Help!

All Channel Well made units I've had access to reset by turning off the main PSU switch for a couple minutes and then back on again. If that doesn't fix things, you may have a problem :(

Figured it out. The PSU reset like it should but the BIOS needed a reset. Thanks though.
