www.heatsinkfactory.com has them for 22 or so I think. not cheap I guess but they are there.

newegg has them for $22 but it's 28 after shipping. But alas they are out of stock anyway.
yeah. they're mostly out of stock and I had to get one in Singapore. Costs USD37 equivalent! But cant complain when it lowered my temp from 46 to 37 at idle and 53 to 42 at full load.
the copper base wasn't exactly smooth and i guess lapping it may do some good though I wont take the risk lest I get it in a worse condition
