Buffalo 3700 will not run @ 400 fsb...RMA?

I can't get my Buffalo 3700 ram sticks to run in sync with my 400 FSB at pretty much any timings. Is this normal or should they be RMA'd?

try runinng the memory timings at 8,3,3,2.5 @ 200mhz fsb, if you haven't already.

Buffalo PC3700 won't run at CAS 3.0 no matter what speed, and this may cause problems with using BY SPD setting. But running at 200MHz (400) at CAS 2.0 or 2.5 shouldn't cause you any problems. If it won't work at 2-3-3 or 2.5-3-3 at 200MHz then you got some bad memory and should RMA it back to NewEgg for replacement.
