Y is it that at 10/1 with a 107.00 fsb that my computer will not boot and at 9/1 with 105 fsb it comes up at 880mhz but at 8.5 with 103fsb i get 945mhz can anyone give me an explanation

If you do not have full multiplier control. and it is apparent that you do not, as you select one multiplier and you receive something different, my suspicion is that the motherboard's remapping is due to a failure of one or more of the 'L1' bridge connections.
