web page help

I'm wanting to make a web page where i can put all my downloaded game links so people can access them...but i have no idea how to go about it and what to use ...etc.
I would be grateful for any information or help on starting this up.

If you are simply going to put up links of sites and you do not know html and have some server space try Macromedia Dreamweaver. It’s a WYSIWYG (what you see if what you get) editor and is pretty straight forward. If you do not have Dreamweaver try Microsoft FrontPage or you might even look into doing the page in Notepad.

Pick up a cheap HTML book. The html tag is a pretty simply one.

You could try http://www.w3schools.com/ and click the "Learn HTML" on the sidebar...very helpful site if you want to get the nuts and bolts down on coding HTML, XHTML, and CSS.
