Could i remove the poly top and clean the inside and then put everything together without having to use a new o-ring?

yup, just use a tooth-brush and some alcohol and screw the top back on. it should be fine

I second Helix... and about the oring you shouldnt have to change it unless something is physically wrong with it.

if you need to clean the copper part of the block and dont want to spend alot of money.. some ketchup will do nicely ;d

i also use the ketchup method, my wife always is wondering why i have a bowl of ketchup in the computer room :)

Hey Rokk- how do you light up your WW as shown in your avatar?
On subject- just remove the top. When you put it back on, watch the o-ring compress, and stop tightening before it is fully compressed, and you won't break the poly top.
cpufan, I don't think it's a ww, it's his rokk block I believe. I was also wondering about that though.
