My bios says this everytime it boots up and yet it continues to boot and has no prob in windows or detectin the memory its very weird

Your POST voice reporter is glitchy - I sometimes get that and then it says "booting from OS" and it works fine.

only time you should worry is when you restart and it says it but nothing happens, that's when it really fails
