Voltage problem on MSI K7T Turbo Limited Edition

I try to overclock my Duron 650 to run higher but I cant seem to change the Core voltage supply. I've adjusted it to 1.675 or even 1.700 but the board still detected it at 1.65. Why is this so ?. Can anyone offer me some help please ?

I have the same mobo...but it's not the red limited edition. Have you downloaded and flashed the latest BIOS?

No I havent but my BIOS is the latest version according the MSI web site. Does it make a difference if I were to flash it again ?. Hmm, I thought this motherboard is suppose to change Vcore without having to do any pencil tricks on the CPU. Awful ! :(
