Does anyone know why cpuz report my memory as being pc3200

Here is what it reports:

Memory
DRAM Type DDR-SDRAM
DRAM Size 1024 MBytes
DRAM Frequency 234.9 MHz
FSB:DRAM 1:1
CAS# Latency 3.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# 4 clocks
RAS# Precharge 4 clocks
Cycle Time (TRAS) 8 clocks
# of memory modules 2
Module 0 Kingston DDR-SDRAM PC3200 - 512 MBytes
Module 1 Kingston DDR-SDRAM PC3200 - 512 MBytes

Also i' runing the mem at 235x2(ddr 470)

SiSoftware tips says i'm runing the memory over its rated specs.

Any remarks on this would be appreciated.
thx

Because that is what Corsair has chosen to program into the SPD eeprom.

Don't worry what sandra thinks.
