Any unbiased benchies out there featuring the ATI cards, specifically the overclocked 9600 pro? No nvidia cards needed, I want dx9 games.

Woah, settle down there man. They don't do benchies normally with the cards overclocked, but you can find plenty of them with a non oc card. http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/halflife2/printable_6075080.html
