My motherboard is Gigabyte 6OXT rev 1.0
Ram - PC133 192
Cooler - the box one
PSU - 235W
now it works at 9x115=1035, but i want more
I tried to 9x133 but the BIOS failed...
Yep, 133 FSB is probably too much too expect out of a Celeron 900 Coppermine core with air cooling and 115 FSB is all the higher you'll be able to go without running the PCI bus too far out of spec. Looks like that's the end of the road.

133FSB is actually, not too far of a strech with the right cooling.
i had one that did that... BUT good cooling is a MUST. as if you hit 45C, odds are you are going to end up with an unstable CPU.
And inscress of your core voltage will also be req to get a higher FSB. but once again, before you incress your CPU's voltage, you need to think about cooling 1st.
So can i ask what kind of temps you are getting at 100% full load?
What FSB options do you have?
