id say antec. they have a better reputation.
having said that though, my enermax 365w is a very good psu.

In general I avoid Enermax. PC Power & Cooling, Fortron and Antec TP is where its at.
So answer to your question out of those 2 is Antec. I suggest you also check out the Fortron 530W. Using it in my dually and its a horse. A real steal for the price.

Don't always believe the spec sheet... most Enermax units I've seen have been ok units, but not quite on the level of Antec or Fortron.
My current PSU is the OEM version of the Antec pp412x, and when I bought it I had the choice of getting the Enermax 430w unit for another $10. I did my research though, and ultimately decided the CWT was a beefier unit, and bought it while two of my friends grabbed the Enermax units based on price alone. Their two PSU's are good, but mine's a little better ;)
I had an Enermax 550w and an Antec 550w. The Antec's voltages were a lot more stable, so I cast a vote for Antec.
Antec over Enermax any day of the week...Deathknight is giving you some good info...The Fortron 530 for 75.00 bones has to be the best bang for buck power supply out there...But it is a no brainer between the Antec and Enermax...:)

[B]The Fortron 530 for 75.00 bones has to be the best bang for buck power supply out there...
i have loved all my fortrons and my one antec...
enermax's spec sheet on the current capacities of the various voltage lines is not valid...
also, the BEST bang for the buck power supply is the Fortron 350 with the 120mm fan for $36 at newegg.com (you could use two of these and that would be more power than one fortron 530 for about the same money :p )
but if you need more power from one psu then the best bang for the buck is the Fortron 530 for $68 here:
