Hi,

I am currently running amd xp 1700 at 166mhz with 12.5 multiplier. System recognize it as xp 2600. My problem is, i am using PCI Raid card for 2 of my hardrive, however, ever since i overlcoked the cpu, harddrive corruption started to occur very frequently now. My question is, are there way to lock the PCI speed or any other thing to make my computer more stable?

oh ya, before i was using the PCI raid card on my other intel system with the same 2 hardrive and non of these hardrive failure ever happen.

i'm pretty sure the board has raid problems, supposed to be fixed in the 1006 bios

so, if you don't have the 1006 bios, get it, if you do and still have problems, i'd suggest getting a pci raid controller
