LOL!!!!:D
Its a Socket 603 Heatsink... They have numerous Passive ones meant for high airflow server 1U racks...
Vantec makes a slim active heatsink, and Swifty does make a waterblock also. The swifty you mentioned would no doubt be the highest performing, so if you're in the market for Xeon coolers, I'd definitely choose Swifty's!

I think the current Xeons use the same mount as the original socket 423 P4s ... maybe check that out for HSFs. Good luck.

Use pricewatch and search for xeon cpu's. You Places that sell the CPu's also sell the HSF's. I was just looking for a slot 2 P3 550 xeon and found the CPU and HSF.

OK, that's a different animal altogether ... I was thinking the newer server style Xeons which are same size and mobo mount as socket 423 P4. Sorry for the bad info. Good luck!

It's an old thread but there are some good ideas here. (http://forums.2cpu.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16133)
Thanks. Interesting reading, but no real leads there.
