Purchased "Loctite Rear Windows Defogger Kit" and am ready to permanently unlock my AXIA 1000. Intstructions on kit for window dry/use time = 24 hours. Does this same apply to my L1's?

Second question relates to Power Supply. I'm currently using AMD Certified 300W. Is it normal to hear the tone of this PS change when opening additional windows? 12V jumps from 12.07 to 12.13 and then drops back down. This also happens when Windows plays default sounds for system evens, and Windows even pauses before the sound plays. Am I taxing my PS too much? Please advise. Hardware list follows...

Soyo SY-K7VTA Pro 266
1GHz/266 Thunderbird @1027
ThermaltakeVolcano II
X2 256M Micron PC133
VooDoo 5500 64M AGP @178MHz
Sound Blaster Live Value
Creative 6X DVD
Dxr3 DVD Decoder
iOmega Zip CD 12x4x32x
Western Digital Ultra100 20GB 7200
Seagate Ultra100 10GB 5400
Promise Ultra 100 Controller
Creative 56K Modem
Case Fan

I let mine dry just about as long as it took me to get it back into my pc and it said the same thing , think about it , that will be conducting nowhere near the electricity or heat it would if it were on a rear window

2nd question ,I dont think you are taxing your pwr supply to much but you could handle a bigger one ,the voltage is changeing to give the power your computer needs ,the fans are the noise you hear when your stressing your pwr supply to keep it cool ,more or less the fans are just speeding up

Popped my cpu back in within 20 mins of finishing the L1 and had no bad effects as far as accessing the multiplier setting.

Dont know about the ps question, my totally unknown whether its certified for amd ps works without changing pitch. On the other hand ive had a few spontaneous reboots too so soon as i got some more cash, im off to buy a 400w.
