O/Cing my 1700 question

ok this is my setup
A7N8X-delux 2.0rev
xp 1700
corsair 1 stick 512xms
w/c DD maze3, core, dual fans, 520gph pump temps not a problem.


ok my settings now are as follow in order as seen in bios
cpu external freq. 190mhz
cpu multiplie 11.0x
cpu interface = optimal
memory freq = aggressive = 8-3-3-2.5T
vcore = 1.850v
those settings give me 2080
vid card settings are set to default

anything much past that it tends to freak out a bit on me.
if anyone has this setup and has a good stable o/c please let me know your settings.
or anyone if anyone knows what I should set them at please let me know.

have you read altec's oc guide? if not, do so.....i would start out with running ram timings at optimal/regular...i can't remember what the asus menu says now...here's another oc guide tailored to the a7n8x boards:

Nice setup you have going... see what you can do and post the final results after passing a 12 hour Prime95 Torture Test without the program displaying any errors.

As for your q re target optimistic overclock:

2.3 GHz average (you have water cooling so it should be above that) with FSB in the 200s.

Of course don't be shy with Vcore, gradually upping it quite a bit.
