Asus deluxe

I am a noob and I have a asus deluxe mobo. Right now I hhave some old dvd and cd rw drives in it using sata connection. If I buy a ide connection dvd rw drive will I be able to hook it up to my asus del mobo a7n8x

asus has 2 IDE connectors thast what you ususally use to conenct your hd and optical drives =d and will no problems hooking up your dvdrw

yes, the motherboard already has two IDE channels prinstalled, so that'll be easy, as long as we are talking about th same motherboard though. A7N8X deluxe. Shouldn't be any problem hooking it up
