I have a abit kt7a-raid with the multiplier unlocked on my 1000athlon and run at 1200mhz easy but every time I try to jump up the front bus speed I lock up:(, currently my vcore is 1.825 and my I/O is 3.70 and the multiplier is @12x100/33mhz. Do I need to up the I/O because I have alot of fans running and I can hear power differences and thats usually when I crash ? I have a all in wonder radeon and I trying to push my 3D mark 2001 scores and I have 1.85 left on the vcore and 4 settings left on the I/O.....Please help!lol

What are your memories spec'd for? Try dropping the multiplier first and upping the FSB then. See where that takes you.
I really don't suggest trying to up the Vio anymore, it's very high even now. I've ran mine at 3.9v, didn't have any problems. Tried again few days ago, windows started in safe mode. Down it went and well it works.
If you have a lot of fans, couple of hdd's, cd-writer, etc, they'll drain the PSU. The tbird is a very powerhungry beast and I think that when above 1g, there should be atleast 350W PSU.
And your cooling? If it's not good, that's one reason, as it doesn't dissipate the heat fast enough.
I hope this helps!
