Will the L12 mod work for the 2500+???

Will it work for me and does any on have a picture of what I have to do? I was told I was able to do this with a small phone wire? Help I can't get my FBS over 200, I'm running 200x11.5 with 1.9 core

I've been told this is how you do it with a u shaped wire, has any no taken a 166 - 200 doing this?

I thought there was some kind of bios issue with 166fsb CPUs that prevented them from overclocking well fsb wise, until they were L12 modded to be 133fsb when they did overclock quite well... or am I barking up the wrong tree. sorry if that's the case...

edit:
ah... found it again.

the issue I mentioned should only affect Abit NF7-S boards.

But then they are pretty popular.

If you want to use a wire, try the wire from within a floppy IDE cable. Just cut off a little bit, stick in down in the socket b/t the 2 holes. Place your CPU back in and pray.
