Best 2 channel sound.

I just bought myself an Headsave Transit headphone amp ( link (http://members.rogers.com/jdfourn/headsavehome.htm) ) and I'm thinking of switching out my old Phillips Acoustic Edge with a new sound card. What sound card do you guys recommend that is not only reasonably priced, but has good 2-channel/headphone quality?

Turtle Beach santa cruz card (I'm still using my 2 year old one today :) ) is one of the cleanest, cheapest of the sound cards still available.
