cpu magazine did an article about this new P2P program, which seems to claim it uses a superior method to protect users' privacy...

but most interesting of all... it seems as though they are "daring" the RIAA to take action against it, which just so happens to be based in a refugee camp in the west bank city of Jenin...

I wouldn't run Earthstation 5 if I were you. It seems it is malware. (http://lists.netsys.com/pipermail/full-disclosure/2003-October/011339.html) According to the link, a remote attacker can use this program to delete just about any file off your computer he or she chooses, and it appears this is an intentional feature of the program.
