This is really strange. These sticks absolutely refused to run sync at 166 and a few other strange clocks... so I ran them for about -4 months at 183FSB. Just got the idea in my head again (since i have three broken bones atm and can't do much else)to push these as far as they can go. And what's stranger, I don't think my chip can handle going higher than 200MHz, the ram might be able to. I still need to replace these...

I was running them 2.5-3-3-7, then 2.5-3-3-9, 3-3-3-9, and now 3-3-3-11, only because Homeworld 2 likes to lock up. The bench results varied just barely so it really doesn't matter the timings are this loose.

I am but a hair's breadth behind you :D :D

I have a similar overclocking pattern:

Stock volts (2.6) they both go up to 185 MHz. 2.5-3-3-6
More volts (2.8 max) they both go up to 190MHz 2.5-3-3-6

I then changed the timings to this: 3-4-4-8 and managed 195MHz on stock volts. Haven't tested any other timings.

When they do crap out it's one lousy chip on the one stick of RAM in slot 3. Memtest gives errors in one memory range only.

i've gotten lucky... just ran memtest-86 again for 7 hours with ansolutely no errors. but damn dude, 195 is killer for pc2100 :D...

just hit 210mhz...

i think i am done pushing these sticks. i'll probably back it down to 200 again and just leave it there.

yeah, but this stuff is pc2100 oc'ed 67mhz... i doubt there is any ram out there that can keep tight timings while being oc'ed 67mhz (134 effective)

"i doubt there is any ram out there that can keep tight timings while being oc'ed 67mhz (134 effective)"
i beg to differ :D
my samsung PC2100 512MB sticks are doing 225FSB at
7 - 3 - 3 - 2.5
i know, not exactly "tight" but that's better than most pc 4000's can do :D
my nf7 won't post above 227 fsb (and is very unstable) i think i have more in these sticks (i have 3 of them in)
:D
