I was wondering if you could still have your ram running dual channel with 3 sticks? I currently have a NF7-S, and 2x256MB Corsair XMS3200LLPT, running dual channel of course, in dimms 2 and 3. If i bought a 512mb Corsair XMS3200LLPT stick, and put it in the first dimm slot, would i still be able to run dual channel? I want to upgrade to a gig of ram for the mmorpgs i play, but i dont want to go through the hassle of selling the two 256 i have, and getting 2 512's...

You'll be better off if you can sell your 2x 256 and buy 2 512mb ram. Dual channel ram runs like it says, by the pair. A performance hit is a sure thing if you go with three sticks of ram.
