After I download from the team 32 home page how do I install
A - Overclockers.com Skin Pack for EMIII and
Electron Microscope EMIII
for example

EM3 is a zip file. Just extract the contents into your folding directory. Create a shortcut to the em3.exe file for your desktop/startmenu/or quicklaunch. EM3 has a skins folder. Unzip the ocskins into that folder. Each skin should be in its own folder inside the skins folder.
