Newer T-Bird 1.33 running hotter then before !!! Help!

My AXIA 1.33 was running at 42-44c Idle and 45-48c loaded, now its running at 48-53c Loaded. WHY??
I blew out the dust with aircan and even re-applied more Artic Silver2 and I am using a 4400rpm FOP 32 fan on the upper side of the heatsink to suck off hot air faster. I am already using a WKB-38 (delta fan) and heatsink combo on the processor.

I am really stressed by this!! The weather has been a little hotter, but not much more. My case temps are about 30-34c. Room temp is about 75-80f.

Any suggestions???

Uh, how much "more" Artic Silver II did you put? You only need a small, paper-thin, layer over the core of the CPU. Check out this page (http://www.arcticsilver.com/arctic_silver_instructions.htm) for some instructions/pictures that really helped me when I was learning how to apply thermal compound...;)

Any other suggestions? I am very afraid to again take off that huge WBK heatsink and put it on again.
