What is the best air cooling set up?

I'm new to this forum and just built my new computer, and I want to up grade already. I have Micron memory that I can't seem to run stable past 200 unless I drop the multiple to 10. It bench marks lower with the 3DMark03. I'm running 200x11.5 and getting 432, what isn't bad for only having 650 in the case.

What is the best memory for OC and CPU air-cooling out there? Thanks

For CPU air-cooling i'd say the SLK-900 or Thermalright's latest heatsink, the one with the heatpipe (i don't remember its name) are the best heatsinks out there.

For the memory i think Corsair and OCZ are mostly used by overclockers around here.

The best aircooler is the SLK900. It is the heatsink of choice for aircooling overclockers. Beware...it may not fit your motherboard. As for the best overclocking memory for AMD systems, I'd have to suggest Mushkin PC3200/3500 Black Level 2. I switched from Corsair XMS a week ago and I couldn't be happier. AMD systems don't really need the super high bandwidth of PC3700+ memory as the timings are more important for us. Our hardware tends to top out before the need for PC3700 sets in. Anyway, my PC3500 runs at 230MHz 2-2-2-11 More info about your system would help us suggest hardware too.

BTW, I noticed you're in Ames...funny as I'm in Iowa City.

Thermalright SP94 (one with heatpipe) is Intel only for now, so SLK900 or 947 is the best.

My vote for cooling goes to the Swiftech MCX462-U and a 92m/m Enermax adjustable fan...For memory...Corsair...IMHO of course...:)

yeah the best memory is def black level 2...and its going at a great price 2 newegg right now...and btw im in Cedar Rapids :)
