How do I tell the difference between 'A' or 'B' when I go buy some more T-Bred's? I want to pick up a few 1800's and 2500's. Is there a code on the packaging somewhere?

Yes there is a code. Take for instance the stepping code of the cpu in my signature:

JIUHB0308VPMW

The B on the end of JIUHB means it is a tbred B. If it ends in A its a tbred A.

The 2500+ is Barton, btw, not Tbred. It has 512k cache.

Also just so you know and don't get confused. in Tbreds the last letter of the stepping defines if its an A or a B, like JIUHB and AIUGA. but the on all the Bartons I saw the steppings end with an A, it doesn't mean its a Tbred A or a crappy stepping. The Bartons supposed to have that in their stepping
