their desktops are pretty ridiculous but their laptops are oh so sexy. price isn't quite as horrible for the lappys either.

battery life must be measured in minutes but still very impressive
the $7800 is not including monitor.
laptops do look very good.
I wonder if that 17" is the one designed by Porsche.
Porsche did make the design for some laptop, can't remember if it's this one.
That isn't the Porsche design.
I bet the battery life is atrocious also.
I like the monitor idea...really nice...nothing like a 57" monitor to brighten ones room and lighten ones wallet.

does anyone else see a problem with the desktop advertising 74 PCI slots? if they were only 1/2" a piece, this would take up 37"

Problem? Not really. They are probably using Daughtercards and/or risers to get the extra PCI slots. (Perhaps cabling from a MB feature connector or PCI slot to another Box with a mega PCI slot daughtercard?). ACPI and IRQ steering would handle the IRQ sharing.

Well they advertise things that are complete bull so i emailed them when it was posted on another forum i visit. Anyways they say they have DDR2, they dont, They say they have p5 support, they most definitely dont, They use a gigabyte motherboard with a special pci controller, WOOWOWOWO SO COOL, Puram is a Flash harddrive, Their bus supposedly doesnt get saturated with 74 devices, YEAH RIGHT.
there was a link saying the gigabyte 8knxp supported the first generation prescotts.....
