Spam filtering program

I don't have any problems with spam, but my mom does. There are tons of spam filtering programs out there. I was wondering if anybody has used any of them and which ones are good and easy enough for my mom to use.

I use options in OUTLOOK EXPRESS that filter my email.

I'm using mailwasher. It does the job nicely and allows you to bounce messages too.
