If I remember correctly NEWEGG was selling B's. There is a also a link on aoa to a site that is SURE to sell B's but I'm pretty sure it was a link to newegg.

DLT3C is 1.50 volts default (lower default voltage should = higher OC)
DUT3C is 1.60 volts default.
0311 vs. 0318 = 11th week vs. 18th week (of 2003).
As for MPMW vs. TPMW
M vs T is unknown, they're both M third letter and there are two points of view presented here on the third letter:
