I was thinking about how I could make a thread that will help people decide on what AMD Cpu that should purchase and how much can a certain cpu can overclock at, instead of always posting a thread, when probably it has already come up before! So what I've decided is that everyone that has an AMD CPU should post up there cpu details here kinda like this:-
STOCK
CPU type: AMD Duron XP, 1200MHz (12.0x100)
CPU Alias: Morgan
CPU Stepping: A1
Core Voltage: 1.75v
OVERCLOCKED
CPU: AMD Duron XP, 1433MHz (12.0x119)
CPU Alias: Morgan
CPU Stepping: A1
Core Voltage: 1.84
COOLING
Volcano 7+
I think this might help people when they come to look around on the forums, to see what is the best type of CPU that suits them most!
*EDIT* Also another please add the cooling you have to get it at that overclocked speed!

the database has a lot of dubious oc's, tho....i can't believe it all...

Then disregard all the ones over 3GHz, and ones with prometia or phase-change or extreme amounts of volts. About 70% will still be there, and they provide very useful comparisons.
After hearing what I have heard about the database I dont believe any of the overclocks except the one I posted LOL.
I think the guy that posted this thread wanted to hear from us the people with sig's and pic's if needed not bogus settings.

Is better if you post up here , instead of looking at the CPU database, because there are too many unreliable stats, until they sort out the CPU Database, I think this should do for now!
