I have tried pencil lead and managed to get my Duron 650 unlocked once but now It simply won't unlock anymore. Next I went to Auto Zone and bought a Quick Grid rear window deffoger repair kit and tried that. Still won't unlock. Should I spend 10 bucks and buy a conductive pen with the silver ink? I don't feel liek wastign 10 bucks on something that just won't work.

just make sure that its perfectly clean before you unlock it ,use the rear window kit and you should be fine just make sure that noneof the bridges are touching and if you only successfully unlocked one bridge then you will only have one multiplier ,so just check your work ,

Wildone...that's another question i meant to ask. Which bridge is for which set of multipliers? I only need the 7 and 7.5 multipliers.

your multi is either locked, or unlocked. Try using a cleaner such as acetone to clean off the bridges before using the defogger stuff. The acetone will clean whats already there. You probably have some pencil lead still on the bridges.

yeah, I've tried acetone (pain thinner) on them and even went over them lightly with 600 grain sand paper. Still wont budge. Im thinking that it is probably a heat issue and this Coolermaster DP5-6H51 just doesnt cut it. It's idling at 47 degrees at the moment and hits 53 degrees at full stress at 866 (6.5x133). I guess I'll find out once I get the Glaciator. If it still won't unlock then I'll opt for a 1 ghz T-Bird or 900 mhz Duron.
