how do i set a 3:2 divider on ASUS P4C800 Deluxe?

I just need to know how to set a divider on ASUS p4c800 deluxe....and if it actually says 3:2 divider or if you just set the ram frequency to 3:2 of fsb? Also is 2-3-3-6-8 ok numbers for twinx 3200LL?

On the P4c800 they list 400 as 1:1 and 320 is 5:4 and 266 is 3:2
