Hi guys, I'm new at watercooling stuffs so I have some quests before I buy it :)

1. What the lowest (average) the temp could the watercooling acheive? (assume AMD cpu greater than 1400Mhz and o'clocked)

2. What the risk of using it?

3. Should I buy complete kit or individual parts?

4. If complete kit which brand do u think probably the best? (based on experienced). If individual parts, which part i have to beware of?

5. One site (in Aus) selling about Aus$300 (maybe US $150) and stated that 1.25GHz could manage 37degrees (not sure fully loaded or lightly)
Is that normal / hot/ or cool?

6. I include the website which contains the pic, guys if u have time pls look at it and give me some comments (thanks)

hey. Well there are a lot of question here to answer.

1. The lowest you can get is ambient. Since you haven't fooled with watercooling before we are going to keep you away from peltiers.

2. Leaks are the big one. If you seal everything correctly and use clamps you won't have too much of a problem. Pump failure is always a possibility but just use a good pump meant to pump till infinity.

3. Depends. I would recomend www.dangerden.com as they have the best stuff out there. Get a kit plus a Danner or Eheim pump and you are set to go. The only reason to go individual parts is if you are using a heater core radiator or a cooling tube.

4. See above.

5. That sounds a little high for watercooling, especially in a good system. In a good setup you shouldn't be too much higher than the ambient temperature.

Hope this helps, for more help post in the cooling section. There are some really knowledgeble folks over there who are more than willing to help you out!
