Ram Chip Specs

I bought some 512MB sticks of Crucial PC2100 on sale a while back, and was wondering if anyone could decipher the codes on the individual chips. The ram is Crucial CT6464Z265.16T. There is No Brand name on the chips, but the codes on the chips are:


0326 4-2
mT 46V32M8
TG -75 C


can anyone tell me anything about these numbers, such as speed(in ns), brand, etc. I was wondering because this ram OverClocks like crazy. I am currently getting 344mhz @ 2.5-3-3-7 and 2.5Vdimm.

They're Micron chips, naturally.

There are 16 chips. They are Micron brand, now that i look at it.
