If they are using Outlook the PST files should be under:

Documents and settings/"Username"/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook.

under folder options (tools->folder options->view), you have to enable viewing of hidden files.

or you could just export everything to a .pst file from within Outlook. but anyway don't delete anything until you got everything working.

But if you use the export function of Outlook, make sure you choose the root folder and specify "include all subfolders"

If they are using Outlook Express, I think the location should be somewhere similar to the Outlook folder.

You could just use search, and specify Outlook Express. As long as you can read hidden files and folders, explorer should find the outlook express folder for you.

also don't forget the Favorites folder, which is quite easy to forget. It is under Documents and settings/"Username"/Favorites.

as for internet settings, I am not sure. I don't think you can export those.

email accounts... I don't think you can export email account settings within Outlook.

outlook express can, so you could import all the accounts using OE, then export the accounts to "iaf" files.

but you will still need to type in the passwords for the various accounts.
