Help! Need to Cool CPU better, Voltage to high?

Im running my CPU voltage at 1.73.
It was at 1.79.
How much can I lower it without having problems staying at current speed of 1466?

I wouldn't lower the voltage below what you currently have. I have my voltage at 1.9V. I did that to get to 1.6 GHz, which I did. At 1.6 GHz with 1.9V core my CPU temp went to 40C under load. Everything worked fine and was stable, but Prime 95 Torture test keep giving me an error. Quake and evrything else worked fine. SO I went back to 1.536 GHz, but left core @ 1.9V.
