google no good

I tried fellers i really did but my limited skills are getting me nowhere.

I got to sticks of DDR 400 ram 256 each. I wnet with el-cheapos from ram cause the funds ran out after the water setup was done...anyways i didn't expect anything wonderfull out of the ram, but I can't get not 1 MHz out of this ram..it halding my OC back

the number on this moduals are:
V582256804SAT5
V001827JAPA

any clues as to what these are?
the image of the modual is a circle with like 9 dots in a box config over the circle (does this help?)

I don't expect much out of it but if i could get the timings right I might beable to get a little bump out of the OC job

dont have aclue no where i have looked as got them numbers lol
