Have you already purchased the system?

COuple of things to watch out for:

1)You're getting a 266 mobo with 266 RAM, why get the 1G/200 FSB CPU. Get a 266 FSB CPU. You will be glad later. Also a 266 FSB CPU will probably OC better? ANybody with other experience? See if you can get a 1.2, 1.33 or 1.4 T-Bird with 266 FSB and AXIA or AYHJA core.
2)250W PSU is way to small for your config. Try to get 350W or better. It will leave you with space to OC in the future.
3)The mobo sounds ok. Look in the AMD motherboard section for more info. ALso scope out some reviews.
4)SOme people love the ELSA card some dont like it. I think a GF2 ultra is pretty damn cool.
5)Sound looks good.

Get a good price :-)

Can you explain more why it not a good one to OC. What if I try OC to x10 and 266 MHz+ for memory? Is it work? I'm very new in this. I bought it already.

Maybe I just sale it and get the 1GHz/266.

If you've bought the system already, there's no point in selling a perfectly good chip just for one thats a little faster. You're running a 1000Mhz AMD, so that's 10*100. Try unlocking your chip (closing the L1 bridges) and try something like 7.5*133 to get 1000Mhz. Or you could leave it at 10 and try a 133 FSB to see if you get lucky and get 1333Mhz out of it :)

Just play around w/ your chip a bit to see how far it'll go.

Do you remember the stepping code on it? Its the 4 character code stamped on the die right under the larger letters that say "AMD Athlon". If its something like AXIA or AHIA, you'll probably have a good time overclocking it, but if you don't remember, don't take your system apart to look ^_^

I would have to agree w/ castle lager fan and lose that weak power supply. Get something larger at about 350w, that should be sufficient.

Other than that, it looks great. Have fun overclocking! :)

PC133 RAM is better for Ocing, only 'bout £40(UK) to get 256Meg of PC133. I dont think youll get a 266FSB with PC100 RAM

He's running DDR PC2100, not PC100. PC2100 should be FINE for overclocking

All stuff are not on my hand right now. I will look at the CPU s-code later. Thanz

Which is faster 10x100 w/CL2 or 7.5x133 w/CL2.5 after I unlock it? Should I increase the factor more or push memory more?

I have Micron 256MB PC133 CL2 SDRAM right now but I don't think I can use that on my new AMD motherboard.

300w power supply is OK?

i think pushing the memory is faster but it would require good memory for it to work, and i dun think u can use pc133 memory in ddr ram boards

1) PC133 mem wont work in a DDR Dimm slot 184 vs 168 pin. I dont know the mobo, some have pc133 and DDR slots.
2) The reason why I said 266 FSB or 133 will oc better than 100 or 200 is that you multiplier will run lower 6.5x133 = 10x100. This normally gives you more flexibility.
3) A 300W power supply might do the job, but I've seen people experince problems with it as well. It seems to depend on the make, etc. I use an Enermax and is very happy with it.
