Right now I'm having a problem with stability but only while running a graphically intensive simulation...

Look at my sig for specs but here'a a quicky.

Abit IC-7 with a new 2.4c Z3/M0 cpu that sitting at 3.2ghz right now. 1gb (512x2) Hyper-X DDR 3500, 4 different fans including the HSF. 9700pro OC'd at 350/350. 4x120gb WD se's in a 0+1 with a RocketRaid 404 controller. 2x DVD-R+r+rw-Rw drives.

When running FS Flt-Sim2k4 in 1280x1024 and stressing out in "massive" clouds and running 8fps:eek: , Hardward doctor warns and shows 3.3v rail at 3.15 or lower and it fluctuates.. and I'll get random system lockup while running it.

This system now runs Prime95 forever 100% stable. Any other games cannot push this system that hard, but SF2k4 does.

I'm running a stock 300w PS and the 5v rails stay dead on but the 12v goes to 11.75 or even .60 sometimes and I think this is causing my system instability...

Yes, I did check with a DVM and HW-Doc is almost dead on.

Think it might be a PS issue ?

You have an awful lot running off that 300... I would suggest going to a Truepower 480/550 or Fortron 530.

I do think that 300 is running out of gas.
