Hi all! I am getting this: http://www.dtekcustoms.com/product.asp?0=207&1=218&3=70
along with my watercooling stuff, and intend to use it to fill the system. I was wondering, how exACTly would i seal off the nub of the T-Fitting when i dont need it - it needs to be water tight for when i transport my system. My friend suggested a valve, but, i am not sure of how i would connect that...mebe a tube from the t-fitting to the valve...
Thanx

just look around at home depot and u can find some dandy stuff to seal that with if u get lazy shove a double "a" battery in there ;)

A 1/2" barb with male pipe threads, and a cap with female pipe threads. Apply teflon tape and presto, a watertight seal.

Also, check and see if you can't get a brass tee for about the same price at home depot or equivilent.

well, i placed the order, seing as i need my stuff for a LAN on saturday, i decided to get it - though i will indeed look around at home depot.
1/2" (or whatever tubing size you use) pvc/brass cap + hose clamp. I use a rubber plug that should stay on but hose clamps are cheap insurance. Man when will these "what do I plug my t-line with" threads end? :bang head

A younger siblings finger! You might have to duct tape em to something to keep em from tearing stuff up though. And a strip over the mouth to keep down the noise.
hah! i think a battery will make ur mommy happier though ;)

I'd be worried about electrolyte leaking from the battery...

A battery would be a temporary solution at best. As far as electrolyte, It would be a problem if it gets wet, which could easily happen.

I made a nifty one out of a PVC barb and a PVC barb cap thingy along with an O-Ring under it for pure watertightness upto pressures my wc will never meet. it only cost $1.50 at Loews so its all good.
