Can someone tell me how i can get 1.6 GHz ???
the system runs @ 1466
multiplier 11
FSB 133
37 °c
vcore 1.75
i've treid to boost the vcore to 1.85 it was okay and if i turned the cpu at multiplier 12
it wont boot up
can someone help me ???

Have you changed the K7 CLK_CTL in BIOS from default to optimal? This may help. Another thing, why don't you try upping the FSB? I'm sure you could get it to 1.6 off the changes in multiplier AND FSB. Try this out. Upping the FSB will not damage anything, if any components don't like running faster, then the computer will not post or be unstable. Upping the FSB is less dangerous then upping the vcore or the VIO voltage. Just my thoughts...
Your USB may not like the higher FSB's though. Mine dies around 140Mhz but my system runs at up to 170Mhz FSB with the multiplier at 9.5x

What are you using for cooling and what are your temps? Without adequate cooling you may not be able to get huge overclocks.
